By participating in services, owners acknowledge the above conditions and agree to keep all vaccination records current and available.

Required Acknowledgements

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Off-leash risk

    I understand my dog may be run in controlled off-leash or transition areas depending on route, safety, and behavior. I accept associated risks.

  2. Trail hazards

    I understand mountain terrain includes hazards such as uneven surfaces, rocks, ice, mud, steep grades, stream crossings, and changing weather.

  3. Wildlife

    I understand wildlife encounters are possible, including deer, moose, and other animals. I accept associated risks.

  4. Vehicle transport and proof of vaccinations

    I authorize vehicle transport for pickup/drop-off and trail access. I certify that vaccination records are current and agree to provide proof of vaccinations upon request.

I certify my dog is physically fit for trail running activity and I have disclosed relevant health or behavior concerns.
